Our Company Objective, both written and stated, is to “Provide a Benefit to Mankind”. Many companies would consider this statement “pie in the sky”. However, we believe that our objective as a business is to:
- Improve the life of our clients and customers by providing a superior service that will help them to live a better life
- Improve the life of our vendors, suppliers, and contractors by refusing to negotiate to the point where they cannot make a reasonable profit;
- Improve the lifestyle of our employees by paying them a reasonable, competitive wage for their productive work
- Earn a reasonable profit for our principals and owners so that they also may improve their life by receiving a benefit for their work and investment.
Consistent with our Company Objective, we provide the ultimate in service to both our buyer and seller clients. For the first time buyer or seller, we carefully explain the whole process so our clients will know what to expect.
For our Seller clients we help them to establish a sales price for their property, match qualified buyers with seller’s property assuring a good match for both, help the seller establish a sales price for their property, market the property through Multiple Listing Service, Internet, and local advertising, and prepare sales contract and all necessary documents to close the sale.
For our Buyer clients we locate a property that is consistent with their financial ability and desired location, help them obtain necessary financing when needed, aid the buyer in relocation, and prepare sales contracts necessary to close the transaction.
